Otherwise as Andreas Schleicher of OECD Pisa is oft quoted as saying,
“Remember, without data you are just another person with an opinion.”
It should be noted that the TES have now confirmed in two different issues that Schleicher’s OECD Pisa have no answer, just opinions, on the conceptual error charge
